Support

Commercial support, straight from the maintainers.

Running @imqueue in production and want a guaranteed answer when it matters? Commercial support gives you priority, SLA-backed help from the people who build the framework — not a ticket queue.

What commercial support gives you.

Beyond the free community help, a commercial agreement adds the guarantees production teams need.

Guaranteed response times

An SLA with defined response targets, agreed to your severity levels — so a production incident gets a committed answer, not best-effort.

Direct access to maintainers

A private channel to the engineers who wrote @imqueue — for debugging, design reviews, and questions the docs don't cover.

Upgrades & indemnification

Help planning version upgrades and migrations, prioritized fixes for issues you hit, and legal indemnification bundled with a commercial license.

Who it's for.

Free community support fits most projects. Commercial support is for teams where downtime has a cost.

01

Production-critical systems

@imqueue is on the critical path of your services and an outage translates directly into lost revenue or SLAs of your own to keep.

02

Teams that need a name to call

Procurement or risk requires a supported dependency with an accountable vendor behind it — not a GitHub issue and hope.

03

Scaling or migrating

You're rolling @imqueue out more widely, upgrading across versions, or want an architecture review before you commit.

Free support is always there too.

Everyone gets the community channels — commercial support adds guarantees on top, it doesn't replace them.

Community · free

Commercial · SLA

Everything in community, plus guaranteed response times, a private line to maintainers, prioritized fixes, and indemnification.

Support questions

Is there free support?

Yes. Documentation, GitHub issues, and discussions on the @imqueue organization are open to everyone at no cost. Commercial support adds guaranteed response times and direct maintainer access on top.

What response times do you offer?

Response targets are set per agreement against your severity levels, so a production-down incident is treated differently from a general question. Tell us what you need and we'll define an SLA that fits.

Do I need a commercial license to get support?

Commercial support and the commercial license are offered together — the license covers closed-source use and indemnification, support covers the SLA and direct access. Many teams want both; tell us your situation and we'll scope it.

Can you help with architecture or migrations?

Yes. Commercial support includes design reviews, upgrade planning, and migration help from the maintainers — the kind of guidance that's hard to get from docs alone.

Do you offer indemnification?

Yes — legal indemnification is bundled with a commercial license, giving your legal team the cover a bare open-source dependency can't provide.
