# Commercial support & SLAs for @imqueue

Source: https://imqueue.com/support/

Two tiers, and the free one never goes away.

## Community — free

Documentation on <https://imqueue.org>, GitHub issues and discussions across the
<https://github.com/imqueue> organisation. Best-effort, community-paced. Open to
everyone at no cost. General questions also reach **support@imqueue.com**.

## Commercial — SLA-backed

Everything in community, plus:

- **Guaranteed response times.** An SLA with response targets agreed against your
own severity levels, so a production incident gets a committed answer rather
  than best-effort.
- **Direct access to the maintainers.** A private channel to the engineers who
write @imqueue — debugging, design review, and questions the docs do not cover.
- **Upgrades and indemnification.** Help planning version upgrades and migrations,
prioritised fixes for issues you hit, and legal indemnification bundled with a
  commercial license.

Response targets are set per agreement rather than published as a fixed table:
terms are shaped to your severity levels, hours and stack.

## Who commercial support is for

- **Production-critical systems** — @imqueue is on the critical path and an outage
costs revenue, or you have SLAs of your own to keep.
- **Teams that need an accountable vendor** — procurement or risk requires a
supported dependency, not a GitHub issue.
- **Scaling or migrating** — a wider rollout, a version upgrade, or an
  architecture review before committing.
