Anything that isn't a licensing quote — a question, a problem, a partnership, a press enquiry. It goes straight to the maintainers' mailbox, and you can attach a screenshot or a log.

Looking for something specific?
Three things get a better answer elsewhere.
A licence or an SLA
The enquiry form on the pricing page asks what's needed to scope a commercial licence or a support agreement — use that and you'll get a straight answer faster.
A bug in a package
File it in that package's repository, where its maintainers are looking. The support page lists which repo covers what, and what to include.
A security issue
Please don't use this form. Use GitHub's private advisory channel on the affected repository, or email [email protected] directly.
What happens to what you send
It is emailed to the maintainers and nothing else — no ticketing system, no CRM, no mailing list. Attachments travel with it. The fields, the mail provider and how long it is kept are all set out in the privacy policy. Please don't paste credentials or customer data; if you need to send something sensitive, say so and we'll arrange a better channel.
