The terms for using this website. Commercial licenses and support agreements are separate contracts, agreed in writing — nothing on this site is a binding offer by itself.

These terms apply to the website **imqueue.com**. @imqueue is an open-source project
rather than a company: the site is run by
**[Mykhailo Stadnyk](https://github.com/Mikhus)**, its creator and owner, with
**[Serhiy Morenko](https://github.com/SerhiyGreench)** as its most active maintainer
("we", "us"). By using the site you accept these terms.

The open-source documentation site has
[its own terms](https://imqueue.org/terms/).

## This site is not the contract

Everything on imqueue.com — including the [licensing](https://imqueue.com/license/),
[pricing](https://imqueue.com/pricing/) and [support](https://imqueue.com/support/) pages — is **information, not an
offer**. A commercial license, and any support agreement or SLA, exists only once it
is **agreed in writing** between you and us. Until then:

- prices, tiers and inclusions described here are **indicative** and may change;
- nothing on the site grants you any license to the software;
- no response time, service level or entitlement described here is binding.

Where a signed agreement and this website disagree, **the agreement wins**.

## Your rights to the software come from a license, not from here

The `@imqueue/*` packages are open source under **GPL-3.0**. That license already
lets you use, modify and distribute them — including commercially — subject to its
copyleft condition. A commercial license lifts the source-release obligation for
closed-source distribution. Which one applies to you is explained on
[the licensing page](https://imqueue.com/license/); neither is granted or altered by these terms.

## The enquiry form

When you use the form on the [pricing page](https://imqueue.com/pricing/), please give accurate
details — we rely on them to scope a license or an SLA. Do not submit someone
else's personal data unless you are entitled to, and do not use the form for
unsolicited marketing to us, for automated submissions, or for anything abusive. We
may ignore or block submissions that do.

What we do with what you send is set out in the

## Site content

Text, images and site design are © their authors, all rights reserved. You may quote
reasonably with attribution and link to any page here. Wholesale republication, or
use of our name, logo or branding to imply a partnership, endorsement or reseller
relationship that does not exist, is not permitted.

## Availability and no warranty

The site is provided **as-is and as-available**, with no uptime commitment. To the
fullest extent permitted by law it comes **without warranty of any kind**, express or
implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy and
non-infringement. We may change or withdraw any part of it at any time.

Nothing in this section limits any warranty we give you in a signed commercial
agreement — that document governs what we promise about the software and about
support.

## Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect,
incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages, nor for lost profits, lost
data or business interruption, arising from your use of **this website** or from
reliance on information published on it. Liability arising under a signed commercial
agreement is governed by that agreement's own terms. Nothing here excludes liability
that cannot lawfully be excluded.

## Third-party links and services

We link to GitHub, npm and other services we do not control. Their terms and privacy
policies govern your use of them, not these.

## Changes

We may update these terms; the *Last updated* date above moves when we do.
Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept it.

## Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the **Slovak Republic**, where the person who
runs this site is resident, and the Slovak courts have jurisdiction over any dispute
arising from them — without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protections available to
you where you live, which nothing here can take away.

A signed commercial agreement may specify a different governing law, and where it does,
that agreement controls for anything within its scope.

## Who you are contracting with

@imqueue has no company behind it, so a commercial licence is granted by
**Mykhailo Stadnyk** as an individual, resident in the Slovak Republic. His full
contact details, including a postal address, form part of the licence agreement itself
and are provided during that conversation rather than published here — email
[support@imqueue.com](mailto:support@imqueue.com) if you need them sooner, for example to
raise a purchase order.
